Privacy Policy

OpenZTA processes request and portal data only to communicate with clients, prepare demos, issue licences and support deliveries. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancies the Russian version prevails.

What data we process

Through our request forms we may receive your name, work email, company, the selected scenario and technical details of the request: page URL, submission time, IP address and User-Agent.

How the data is used

We need the data to respond to your request, organise a pilot, grant access to your client account, licences, releases and artefacts, and for security and logging.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell request data. Data may be disclosed only to infrastructure providers needed to run the website, portal, email and logging, or where required by law.

Retention period

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to process the enquiry, carry out contractual work and meet audit requirements. On request, the data may be corrected or deleted unless there are legal grounds to keep it longer.
